Early Life
Çağla Boz’s story starts in Balıkesir, where she was born on June 29, 1999. Her childhood gave no hint of a future in front of cameras — she grew up far removed from the entertainment world.
Things shifted later. In 2019 she suddenly turned up on the runway at New York Fashion Week. Looking back, she has called it the first time she truly felt under the spotlight. Outside that world, she built a reputation for discipline, often devoting long hours to her workouts.
Career
Her screen journey began in 2022 with Aynasız Haluk, a film headlined by Tolgahan Sayışman. For Boz, it was a debut role and her first chance to prove herself on camera.
A year later, in 2023, she joined TRT1’s romantic comedy Kendi Düşen Ağlamaz, taking on the part of Tuğçe, the supportive friend of Eylül Tumbar’s lead character.
That same year she appeared again, this time in the digital series Sınır (The Border), playing Melis. The project was produced by Tolgahan Sayışman, marking their second collaboration.
In 2024 she accepted a role in Kör Nokta (Blind Spot). Once more she played the heroine’s confidante, but the show ended early due to low ratings. By December she had returned to television with Can Borcu (Life Debt), where she stepped into the role of Yasemin Çakır.
Personal Life
Media followed her private life closely. In September 2022, she was reported to be in a relationship with singer Murat Dalkılıç. The two had met while working on Aynasız Haluk — she appeared in the cast, while he composed the music.
In July 2023 the press connected her with actor Berk Atan. The detail that drew extra attention was Atan’s long friendship with Murat Dalkılıç, Boz’s former partner. The romance itself didn’t last; by the fall Atan was already in a new relationship.
