There’s been another shake-up in the writers’ room of Gözleri KaraDeniz.
Gamze Arslan and Cenk Boğatur, who have been shaping the story since episode four, are stepping away from the project after creative disagreements during the writing process.
Featuring Halit Özgür Sarı and Özge Yağız as the leads, the series is now experiencing its second writer change this season. The opening three episodes were penned by a different team before Arslan and Boğatur took over.
A new group of screenwriters will take over starting from episode twelve. However, since no replacement has been confirmed yet, production may face a short pause before work continues.
