Meet the Cast of Eşref Rüya

Eşref Rüya tells a story shaped by two worlds that rarely mix — the criminal network Eşref belongs to and the police force tracking it. The past also pushes into the present, especially when Eşref unknowingly meets Rüya again as Nisan. Below is the main cast of the series, along with a brief look at each character they portray.

EŞREF TEK (ÇAĞATAY ULUSOY)

A prominent figure within the Istanbul crime group known as “The Orphans.” Eşref is quiet and controlled, a man whose stern exterior hides far more emotion than he lets on. He owns the Ravena Bosphorus Hotel, a landmark of luxury, yet the one thing he has never stopped searching for is Rüya — the girl from his childhood he once loved from afar.

NİSAN AKYOL (DEMET ÖZDEMİR)

A gifted singer trying to keep her life together in Istanbul while supporting her sister Afra. Nisan is expressive and impulsive in a way that feels genuine: lively, emotional, and occasionally unguarded. She works long hours and still tries to hold on to her hopes for a music career.

ÇİĞDEM SERİM (BÜŞRA DEVELİ)

A determined and highly competent police officer serving as a commissioner in the Organized Crime Division. She has a direct, focused approach to her work and a clear target: dismantling “The Orphans” once and for all.

GÜRDAL BOZOK (NECİP MEMİLİ)

Eşref Tek’s closest ally and the friend he relies on the most. Gürdal has a charming, affectionate side and the confidence of a natural womanizer, but he also carries a wilder streak that has nothing to do with flirting. His fearless, reckless nature earned him the nickname “Crazy Gürdal.” While he handles the rough jobs for The Orphans, he also keeps a close eye on the hotel’s day-to-day work.

MÜSLÜM ÇERMİK (TOLGA TEKİN)

The eldest member of Eşref’s group and something of a steady older brother to the younger men. A former Islamist, Müslüm has grown into a measured, thoughtful figure. His deepest wish is to reconcile with the family that rejected his involvement in criminal activity.

FARUK SEZERİ (AHMET RIFAT ŞUNGAR)

The youngest member of Eşref’s team, known for his sharp mind and calm logic. Faruk works as the financial specialist, managing accounts and paperwork. With his gentle nature, few would ever imagine he has ties to the mafia.

KADİR YANIK (GÖRKEM SEVİNDİK)

The second-most senior figure in “The Orphans” and Eşref’s main rival within the organization. Ambitious and controlling, Kadir is driven by a desire to rise to the top. His car dealership serves as a convenient cover for the group’s illicit operations.

SERDAR GÜNSUR (UMUT KARADAĞ)

Çiğdem’s superior — a strict, cold-headed officer who recently took over The Organized Crime Division. Serdar is committed to uncovering the inner workings of “The Orphans,” making him a serious threat to Eşref.

IRMAK BOZOK (CEREN BENDERLİOĞLU)

Gürdal’s sister and the general manager of the Ravena Bosphorus Hotel. Irmak is precise, modern in her outlook, and attentive to every detail. Her disciplined, structured approach keeps the hotel running smoothly.

AFRA AKYOL (EBRAR KARABAKAN)

Nisan’s younger sister — carefree, rebellious, and more focused on her own impulses than on long-term plans. She is trying to finish her studies in fashion design at a private university, though her independence often leads her into trouble.

SADIK GÜLERYÜZ (ŞENER SAVAŞ)

The oldest man in “The Orphans.” Calm, discreet, and hardworking, Sadık is loyal not so much to the organization as to Yakup, its founder. He owns several entertainment venues around Istanbul and has a gentle, home-loving nature.

CEMİL HACIBEGOVİÇ (AŞKIN ŞЕНOL)

The most seasoned member of the organization and Yakup’s most trusted confidant. Cemil has long abandoned material ambitions. His loyalty is unwavering, and he oversees the group’s smuggling operations, especially those connected to oil.

SUNGUR BİLAVA (AHMET YILDIRIM)

Kadir Yanık’s right hand and a friend from their school years. Sungur speaks his mind freely and keeps close to Kadir, but his loyalty is far from guaranteed. A manipulative and unpredictable figure, he remains by Kadir’s side only as long as it serves him.
