The first teaser for the upcoming series Delikanlı, which will air on Show TV, was released this week.
The project is produced by the well-known company OGM Pictures, with whom Mert Ramazan Demir previously worked on the series Yalı Çapkını. The series is directed by Zeynep Günay and Recai Karagöz, while the script is being developed by a team of writers led by Aybike Ertürk.
In the teaser, the words of Yusuf — “Now all I have left is hatred. I came back to make them pay for everything they did to me” — hint at the atmosphere of revenge and tension that lies at the heart of the story.
Delikanlı opens the door to a journey shaped by the weight of the past, drawing viewers into a dramatic story where love and revenge constantly collide.
At the center of the story is Yusuf, a young man who grew up on the outskirts of Istanbul. Determined to provide for his family and unwilling to accept injustice, he dreams of a simple life with his childhood love, Hazan. But circumstances pull him into a world of crime, power struggles, and class conflict. Years later he returns under a completely different name — and nothing is the same anymore. Old wounds, long-buried secrets, and an unexpected love force him to follow both his heart and his desire for revenge.
The upcoming project is already drawing attention thanks to its strong cast. The lead roles will be played by Mert Ramazan Demir, Melis Sezen, Salih Bademci, and the young actress Mina Demirtaş.
