Alya does not fly out after all. At the airport, Cihan notices what Alya is trying to hide even from herself: standing at the check-in desk, she cannot bring herself to take the final step, as if part of her does not want to leave. But it is Deniz who becomes the accident that ruins the escape plan. Spotting Cihan, the boy runs straight to him.
Cihan speaks plainly about what he saw – her hesitation. Alya refuses to admit it and ends up arguing with him again. Cihan says that next time he will not try to hold her back, and he does not even take their passports, leaving the choice to her.
Kaya goes to Zerrin and learns they are planning to marry her off. He is not willing to accept it.
Sadakat suddenly feels unwell, and Alya, together with Kadir, takes her to the hospital. A new doctor, Uğur, appears there. He takes Sadakat under his care and introduces everyone to his father, who is also a doctor. It turns out Uğur’s father has known Sadakat for a long time – but she gives nothing away.
Sadakat and Cihan are forced to tell Kaya and Nare the truth that explains their actions against Ecmel: Boran was his son. The news shocks everyone. Sadakat says the main thing out loud, without softness: that is why she wished Ecmel dead. And she asks her children directly whether they are ready to stay beside the children of a man like that.
Kaya, who refuses to give up on Zerrin, does not listen to anyone. Nare tries to hold him back and begs him not to do something foolish, to forget his love for Zerrin – but Kaya will not stand by and watch the woman he loves marry someone else.
Mine is genuinely surprised when she sees Alya at the hospital again. Cihan puts together a new shipment, but once again everything goes off plan: someone leaks the delivery information again and ruins it. Trying to understand where she stands now, Alya goes to Mine’s place.
Then a blow comes from a different reality, where neither money nor clans can help. A flu outbreak begins in Nergisli, and Alya goes there as a volunteer doctor. Cihan arrives for her immediately and stays. He helps the sick alongside her, never stepping aside, doing everything he can. But at some point, he falls ill himself.
Cihan’s fever rises, the roads are blocked, and Alya starts treating him, realizing they are now trapped together not by family rules, but by circumstances.
Meanwhile, Ecmel prepares an escape from prison – and Şahin is supposed to help him. When Nare learns about it, she derails the plan: she calls the police and goes against her feelings for Şahin to stop Ecmel.
What will Kaya do when he realizes Zerrin is being taken from him right in front of his eyes? And who will turn out to be the traitor in Cihan’s business this time?
