Cihan shows up at Mine’s doorstep. When he suddenly sees Alya there, he tries to explain his visit by saying he came to take her home. Later, when they are alone, Alya feels he is not telling her everything and asks him directly whether he has a relationship with Mine. Cihan denies it. A jealousy Alya doesn’t fully recognize sparks a small argument between them.
Meanwhile, at the mansion where the wedding was supposed to take place, they discover the bride has run away. Şahin arrives at Cihan’s mansion with the groom’s family. They are sure Kaya brought Zerrin there. Cihan tells them they are not inside and he does not know where they are. The groom’s father promises to kill Kaya when he finds him. Sadakat understands they need to find Kaya as early as possible, or he really could be killed.
Nare asks Cihan to tell Alya about his relationship with Mine, but he is not ready to do it. Alya, in turn, asks Cihan to help Kaya hide together with Zerrin once he finds them, but Cihan refuses because he is afraid for his brother’s life.
In the morning, Şahin and Demir begin turning people against Cihan, and Alya ends up in the center of the conflict. Demir comes to Alya’s office to provoke her, but the conversation goes differently: Alya hits his sore spots, and Demir leaves her office tense and worked up. At the same time, Uğur continues digging into details about Sadakat’s family.
Cihan prepares a new shipment and sets a trap for the mole. He meets with his men and tells them he has found the insider. Cihan then comes to the hospital to see Alya, learns there is an event planned, and decides to attend it with her.
Alya overhears a conversation between Kadir and Kaya and asks Kadir to take her to them. Kadir brings Alya to Kaya and Zerrin. That evening, Cihan and Alya go to the event organized by the hospital.
