After her conversation with Cihan, Alya learns the details about Meryem and, for the first time, stops seeing it as just “the past” and starts seeing it as the reason behind many of his choices. Once she has digested what she heard, Alya suddenly changes the way she behaves in the mansion. She puts on the necklace Cihan gave her and no longer refuses the bed, as if she is accepting a new set of rules. At breakfast, everyone notices the tension between Cihan and Alya. Cihan tells the family openly: Alya found out about Meryem. But it brings no peace.
Demir, meanwhile, makes it clear to Zerrin that he has no intention of touching her. In his words, this marriage is only a way to take revenge on the Albora family. Kaya goes to Demir and, in front of everyone, declares that he will not be a pawn in Demir’s game and will not let him humiliate his brother. He pointedly throws the ring down in front of Zerrin and leaves. For Kaya, it is no longer just a conflict. It is a blow to the family’s dignity.
Kaya asks Alya to leave Demir’s hospital, but Alya refuses immediately. She will not obey someone else’s decisions. She tells him she is in that hospital only for her patients, and that matters more than any feud. Meanwhile, a number saved as “do not answer” keeps calling her, and she stubbornly refuses to pick up.
Ecmel demands that Şahin start working with Demir, but Şahin refuses. After that, Şahin meets with Cihan, receives an offer meant to keep him from siding with Demir, and accepts it. Yet after speaking with Nare, Şahin admits to her that he will still go to war against her brother.
At home, another scandal erupts. Sadakat lashes out at Cihan for giving Şahin a portion of the land, and it becomes clear that inside the family, a game is being played where every move has a price. At the same time, Cihan resolves another problem of his own. Because of his actions, Demir’s plan falls apart, and Demir is furious that he did not get what he wanted. More than that, in exchange for Demir’s cargo, Cihan receives the hospital, shifting the balance of power not only in the family, but across the city.
Alya gets a call from Cihan too, but she does not answer because she is on her way to an important meeting. Uğur, pushed aside, realizes he has nothing left to lose. He asks Alya to talk and reveals Sadakat’s secret. He tells her something that changes the entire picture: Cihan and Boran have different fathers. Alya returns to the mansion with a new question and a new perspective on everyone around her. In front of the whole family, she asks Sadakat a direct question that sounds like an accusation: is it true that Boran’s father is Ecmel. In that moment, Alya understands it completely: here, she cannot trust anyone.
Holding her son’s hand, Alya tries to leave the mansion to protect him from the danger closing in. On the road, she loses control and they get into a minor accident. Cihan, who has been following them, becomes Alya’s support. He promises he will not let anyone harm Deniz or Alya, and he brings his wife and nephew back home.
Just when it seems there can be no truth more frightening, an unexpected guest arrives at the mansion. Sadakat introduces the entire family to Fikriye, saying that the woman standing before them is Alya’s mother.
