Cihan comes to the station where Alya is being held and bluntly offers her a deal: marry him in exchange for her release. Alya refuses, and Cihan goes to extremes. He doesn’t withdraw the complaint and pushes the case all the way to court, counting on the pressure to make Alya change her mind and give him a different answer.
Meanwhile, tensions around Nare keep rising. Şahin comes to her and begs her not to go back to Özkan, but Nare refuses to discuss it and tells him to leave. Soon Özkan shows up, and the spouses fall into a bitter argument. After it, Nare says she will not return to her husband.
The court doesn’t arrest Alya, but it still locks her into a trap: she is banned from leaving the country. It gives Sadakat a chance for one last strike, but instead of surrendering, Alya only hardens further and decides to fight for her son to the very end.
After hearing the court’s decision, Nare calls Alya and asks her to come and talk. Alya and Cihan arrive together for Nare’s discharge, and then everyone returns to the mansion. Nare and Alya take Deniz and leave for a while, staying at Özkan’s house.
At the same time, Cihan’s business begins to crack. Suppliers inform him they are suspending deliveries and refusing to work with him. Cihan suspects Şahin of betrayal, not knowing that behind his back his own uncle Ecmel is moving the pieces — determined to remove Cihan and put Şahin at the head of the Albora family.
Against this backdrop, news of a possible wedding between Cihan and Alya hits Mine hard, and Cihan’s attempt to talk to Alya over dinner ends in a fight — and her walking out.
Özkan overhears a conversation between Alya and Nare and passes the information to Demir’s people. That’s when Demir steps in for real: he calls Alya immediately and lays out his terms. The next day, Alya meets him. When Nare learns about it from Deniz, she tells her mother — and the news reaches Cihan at once.
Will Alya be able to reunite with her son without agreeing to a marriage and without becoming Demir’s pawn? Or will the pressure of the court, the Albora family, and a hidden war force her to pay for freedom with a price she was never ready to accept?
